Zucchini Crabcakes

2 cups shredded zucchini (wide shred)
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 egg beaten
1 tsp Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
1tsp mayonnaise

mix together and fry in light olive oil

These were really really good!! I had them made a little too early and so I had to wrap them up in tin foil to keep them warm which in turn made them a tiny bit soggy. Definitely want to serve hot from the pan! The flavor was perfect and even the kids ate them!
I doubled the recipe and only had a couple broken pieces left over :)
