Rachel’s Crunchy Lime Chicken or Shrimp!

Rachel's Crunchy Chicken or Scrimp! 
4 Chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless
1/3 C. Olive Oil
4 Limes juiced
4 Cloves garlic minced
3 Tbs Cilantro chopped
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Pound chicken to flatten slightly; combine oil, lime juice, garlic, 2 Tbs cilantro, salt and pepper in bowl. Pour over Chicken and marinade for at least 1 hour. Grill 2 minutes each side. Sprinkle with remaining cilantro and serve with grilled veggies.
With shrimp mix marinade and let sit 1 hour and grill.

This one is Rachel's recipe - she fixed it on the shrimp for me for dinner and it is to DIE FOR good!
